Deepa Balaram has spent the majority of her career campaigning for animal causes with major international animal welfare groups. She has a veterinary degree and an MBA from Insead and is a co-founder of ACTAsia for Animals.

Leopoldine Charbonneaux has worked in various early-stage organisations, developing and implementing marketing and development strategies at a European level. She has a legal and international relations background with degrees from l’Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) and Université Paris II.

Kim Doyle led the World Economic Forum’s (Davos) regional marketing activities before developing public-private partnerships for NatAid, a US non-profit foundation.

Margot & Niall Macpherson spent ten years working in major web agencies implementing projects. They are fluent in French and English.

Federico Spinola created two animal protection organisations based in Europe and Asia. He further founded Partnership for Animals, and is a trustee of a number of other animal protection organisations.

Pei-Feng Su has been active in animal advocacy for fifteen years during which she led successful campaigns on Chinese bear farming, anti-fur and illegal turtle trade. For the past seven years she has focused on building the capacity of local advocates around the world. She has a MA in sociology.
